Since we are not residents, perhaps our divided loyalties are forgiven.There are natives who would never be seen in some places, often for reasons that go back many years and are beyond our ken. Cipi is so cozy, the proprietor so jovial and the coffee so excellent, that we could simplify by coming here all of the time. They are not on the sea, on the most fashionable part of the street or with a classic reputation. But where the welcome is this genuine, that's all one needs.
