We called in for a quiet beer and to escape the worst of the noonday sun? Imagine my surprise when I could also buy a daily paper, magazine, coffee and home made baking with excellent ice cream also available.
A quiet bar, used primarily by locals, it had a homely feel and was very welcoming to a couple of bewildered "Inglese"
Worth a visit if passing, if only for the ice cream.
