Dicono di noi: We stumbled upon this place randomly and literally got ripped off. There was no menu, we were were told that the only dish available was the carbonara. We ordered the carbonara, a glass of white wine, and a beer. We were brought two tiny appetizer-sized portions of the pasta, and then the owner brought to the table a small side dish of shrimp drenched in mayo, and an improvised "fruit plate'' consisting of a cut up one half of a banana and some passion fruit – ITEMS WE DID NOT ORDER. When we asked for the check we were chaged 20 Euros per person. In retrospect, I suspect we were eating the owners' leftovers from lunch. The cafe is not a restaurant and the owners are desparate broke scumbags. The place is a disgrace for Barletta. Do yourself a favor and avoid this tourist trap.
