Very old fashion hotel, has not evolved for years, decoration is dramatic, rooms are really not nice and services in the rooms are poor for the standard they claim. Hotel looks cheap but prices are not. For a room for 2 nights we paid 1700 euros! A rip-off! We are used to going to mandarin oriental in Como which claims the same level of hotel - this is not comparable. However, the staff is extremely nice.
