This meal was absolutely the worst meal I have while traveling for 6 weeks. Very disappointed because a year ago I came to eat almost every day here while my stay in Rome.
Today we ate my favorite pasta was not cooked, I was told here in Italy we eat our pasta al dente, I like pasta al dente not hard and crispy.
We left our pasta untouched except the two pieces we ate. We were charge for it with no apologies.
For sure we will NEVER eat here again.
