Dicono di noi: Locale molto carino, personale gentile e professionale, cibo ottimo (benché le porzioni siano un po’ minimaliste), prezzi nella media ma... da evitare quando i tavoli sono pieni, evidentemente non riescono a reggere il ritmo perché attendere un’ora per un piatto semplice ci è parso decisamente fuori standard!

Dicono di noi: My wife and I went to this wonderful modest restaurant, for our final lunch, during our Sardinian honeymoon. The food was beautifully fresh - we both ate vegertarian meals (my wife being vegetarian!) - the quality and depth of flavour in the food we had was awesome, enough to make me consider fulltime vegetarianism if the food could always be this good. Unbelievably, Amare was quiet the afternoon we visited. Despite this the ambience was great, with lovely background music and decor that has clearly had alot of consideration put in to create an artistique yet modest character. The staff were welcoming, being attentive yet respectful. The gentleman that we believed to be the owner had incredible English and was clearly invested and passionate about Amare. We wished we had found Amare sooner so we could have tried out an evening meal or event here. Thank you for a lovely lunch to round off our honeymoon!
