To start with we didn't feel welcome, the chicken we had in the first wrap was cold, fatty and tasteless. I asked for it to be spicy, it wasn't. So thought we would try another as we were still hungary emphasised this and had chips, unfortunately the same result plus the chips were stodgy and barely warm. I let the owner know and he said I should have let him know before, I replied I informed his assistant (who gave the impression she really didn't want to be there!) when I ordered the second kebab who clearly did not listen and it was too late now, I suggested he could refund my money and he just shrugged his shoulders and shook his head.
