This place has all the ingredients to make an exceptional destination: stunning location, beautiful room, terrace and ambitious menu.
Unfortunately it is far too self-important and forgets to ensure its food leads the experience. Our pasta and and risotto were undercooked, as was the fish. The bread was excellent though.
Disappointingly, the staff were snooty and distanced, making the overall experience one of significant disappointment. This was astounding in a restaurant which as 1/3 full in the middle of a pandemic. I cannot see how this place has a future, other than for patrons who are more interested in photographing their food and looking out the window for €120/head than diners interested in food and hospitality.
