Dicono di noi: Have you ever been to a place that’s super instagramable, but the food just doesn’t match up to the environment? That is absolutely not the case here. Boul & Co is tucked away in a corner of Piazza Venticinque Aprile, and serves a menu consisting of bowls, salads and soups. It seems to take inspiration from Asian cuisine, but many of the items have an Italian spin on them. I came in for dinner and first tried the Spritz & Co cocktail(sparkling wine, sake, violetta and pomegranate), which is probably the prettiest I’ve ever seen. I had the fassona & tagliolini for my entree and it was the perfect meal for a cold and rainy night, everything was so perfectly cooked and seasoned I nearly drank the broth right out of the bowl. The staff is so kind and really care about your experience, multiple times asking me how I like everything and if they needed to change the temperature if I was too cold. I highly recommend you check this place out, because not only can you get a good meal or drink but you can also take some nice pictures too!
