I have tried MANY sushi places here in Milano, and most are mediocre, with a few being “good”. Sunny sushi is truly DIVINE - veramente perfetto - in every way (and I’m from California)! Such fresh, delicious and carefully made rolls, and the soups/primis/secondis are excellent.
The seaweed salad is the first I’ve had outside CA that is made with REAL seaweed! Also, the owners are so so kind and welcoming, you can tell they care about their customers and the food they serve. I STRONGLY encourage anyone looking for excellent sushi to order from here!
