We enjoyed another delicious lunch at La Preja. The Restaurant is situated at the entrance of the mediaeval Borgo of Montabone and from the covered terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view over the vineyards. The menu offers a fusion cuisine between Piemonte and Venezia with a modern interpretation. Be it fish, meat or vegetarian, there's something to satisfy every palate! The choice on the wine list is amazing and includes many of our favourite producers!
The owners are a young and powerful couple, very kind and with that sense of hospitality one is looking for! I highly recommend this place when you are visiting the outstanding Monferrato Hills!
