If you’re in the area of Niscemi and want your food to be made with love, generosity and passion please pop over to this pizzeria! The pizzas are super delicious and the service of the owners are amazing. My husband asked sheepishly if he could see the wood fire oven and they invited him into the kitchen and shared (in detail) the pizza dough recipe from the chefs grandfather! They operate with such generous and open hearts and minds! They were the highlight of our trip to Niscemi!
