As someone with Coeliac it's hard to find a good bakery, however No Gluten Bakery is incredible! I tried this place while in Palermo and got arancini, pizza, chocolate croissant (no picture, ate it too quickly!) and lemon pastry. Every single thing was gorgeous, the arancini was so good i had to go back and buy another! My gluten eating husband ate it happily too and thought it was delicious.
If you are in Palermo I would definitely recommend!
