We had a really enjoyable and interesting visit to Baglio Capello for lunch. Daniela was a most welcoming, entertaining and friendly host - and it was great to hear her discuss her career and her efforts both to develop organic olive farming in Sicily and to educate people about Sicilian cuisine and rural life. The food that she and Rosanna prepared was delicious (and we mean really delicious!) - and it was lovely to eat in such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Above all, it was a real privilege to be able to visit the Baglio - such a beautiful and interesting building. We would love to return when we next visit Sicily - and perhaps stay at the lovely holiday apartment that Daniela has created.
