Dicono di noi: We ate in the restaurant on our first night at the hotel, the dining room was well laid out and looked inviting. The menu is not huge but is adequate to cater for everyone. The waitresses were really welcoming. We both ordered beef but different cuts. My wife had the rump steak which was thin cut, well cooked and served with salad. I chose the sirloin steak and tried to order it well done. The waitress did not understand my request at all, which I feel is unacceptable in the multi cultural world we live in. Service staff should have a basic knowledge of English as it is spoken by so many nationalities. However my steak arrived barely cooked served with approx 4x potato wedges. The steak was sliced and very rare, which was not to my liking. There was no point in trying to tell the waitress as she could not understand. My wifes meal was realy nice whereas mine was spoiled by being very under cooked. There was no check back during the meal to ensure all is ok. After this experience we did not visit for dinner again throughout the week.
