Serranova is a farmers community. The "centre" of Serranova is nothing more than a church, a crossroads and of course Tonino's place.
Tonino manages the community: tourist pass by and are given advise on where to go, foreign homeowners are assisted looking for local labour to keep up their houses, and in the meantime Tonino's shop provides in your basic needs and especially serves as a meeting place for all that have an interest in or around Serranova. On Fridays he organises get-togethers that can extend well beyond closing time.
Try the sandwiches : if you are up for it - ask for the spicy version (and order a drink to wash it all down).
