Gli ho risposto che l'uso del bagno è gratuito ovunque. È diventato aggressivo e insolente. Gli abbiamo chiesto dove nel menu potremmo trovare il prezzo per usare il bagno o altrove. We have been to this place - to have lunch -as we were attracted by the good balance between dishes and prices (“menu of the day”). We set outside, quite place. However, our thoughts were that average price was too cheap for being in Venice, central area. I checked in and noted that this place looked like small bar equipped with kitchen (inside, behind a cover) to serve food. We still were not sure about the place as, looking at the menu, it appeared to be not at same level of a real restaurant, overall and also by the small numerical of customers. We decided to move on and go for another place. The owner stopped us and asked us euro 2 per person and we used the toilet (actually I just washed my hands). I replied him that use of the toilet is free everywhere. He became aggressive and insolent. We asked him where in the menu we might find the price to use the toilet or elsewhere. He started approaching being scary and demanding his money almost yelling. Bars and restaurants can or cannot let you in and use the toilet but not demand money to use it. Worst experience ever in a restaurant in my life. Not recommended at all from a customer attention perspective.
