Sundae: il migliore a Venezia

Dicono di noi: We stayed at the Hotel Danieli while in Venice and Localino was a restaurant in a neighboring hotel, located just down the embaradero from us and easily accessible after a day of heavy walking to see the sites and sights. Georgio was our waiter two of three meals that we had there and was very knowledgeable about the menu and wine parings. Like most Venetian restaurants, this one did seafood well. Also, it had an extensive outdoor seating area under a tented awning which was delightful. One night when it was raining, they dropped clear plastic sidewalls which kept diners dry and cool. The menu was also very cool with everything from pizza to beautifully poached or grilled fish (deboned and served at your table by the accomplished staff). I had the bronzini during our first visit and my wife had the grilled octopus which was so so tender. Most restaurants don't cook it properly and it can taste like a rubber band. That evening, we started off with a fresh greens salad served with a wonderful and light vinagrette. Of course, we had it covered with the ground Romano Pecorino. We had a fantastic Moscato at Georgio's suggestion. At the end of the evening, My wife had the Tira Misu and I settled for a Gelato "sundae" buried in a chocolate caramal sauce with sprinkled nuts and a pirouette cookie that just hit the spot. We highly recommend this restaurant to you. If you go, ask for Georgio.

Dicono di noi: Con le regole covid 19,dopo le 18 solo asporto...e se ti trovi affamato e manca meno di mezz'ora al coprifuoco delle 22...e ti trovi in stazione...unica alternativa...MC Donald's!Abbiamo preso due MC menù gran Crispi MC bacon,digeriti la mattina seguente.Ho trovato migliori altri fast food di altre catene,consigliato solo in caso non abbiate come noi altra alternativa.
