Dicono di noi:
It was my last day in Venice and I was waiting for my water taxi and didn't have my morning coffee yet. So, I entered “Bar Milano” at 10:00 AM for a morning cappuccino & everyone in there was drinking wine OR an orange drink in a wine glass. It’s called an Italian Aperol Spritz, which is served in the northern part of Italy, especially in Venice. This drink is also called Spritz Veneziano or just Veneziano. The drink is prepared with prosecco wine or just white wine, a dash of some bitter liqueur such as Aperol, Campari, Cynar, etc. The glass is then topped off with sparkling mineral water. The amused bartender/barista showed me how to make one while I drank my cafe. Of course when in Venice do what the Venetians do! It was good and lite. I also learned that Italy doesn't have a designated time that they can legally sell alcohol.
