Dicono di noi: At many restaurants by the sea the location and view take precedence over the chef's creativity, but they do not at Agua, the Sole In Me resort restaurant... neither does the mdern and mostly white setting of this very recently refurbished hotel. Here you will find a refined and exquisite cuisine with very original pairings,... far from the traditional - though excellent - meals you would have at most restaurants in the area. Well worth a Michelin star!
